Likes

No additional learnings from Klaus IT as such, but learned few things from Customer, since work is at customer location.

Dislikes

No specific culture observed in one year time. No transparency, less salary compared to industry standards, no travels, if any small travels: no special incentives. No home from home option. Work location is client location.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Lead for 10 engineers and myself working on 2wheelers exhaust systems software development.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
