work culture is good, all HR management is nice, medical policy is there which is good,

Dislikes

1. politics is also there as all companies does. 2. manager was not good at all, he intentionally miscommunicate between people under him and the higher management, also he was forcing not to directly communicate with head managers. not providing KT's or training properly and blaming for not completing the work, he was not supportive and only assigning work without helping to understand the system flows, actual working of their project etc. one of worst thing i want to mention is the manager took his juniors to one of cabin room and told them the failure stories of previous employees and laughing at those which was really ridiculous. 3. they force you to participate in events/games. 4. lots of wok pressure....Read More
