I am working here since 7 years very happy to be part of such organisation who always helped me to grow faster and supported me in upgrading my skills. Due to its various government projects in many states got good exposure of working on various functions in HR and got to interact with different people. Good place to work professional and employee friendly and structured too.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
