Salary not increased from last 3 years to all the employees. it's a compounding loss .very difficult to survive to match inflation. Company must think about progress of individual financials also.

Working in KBL has changed me as an individual .I feel more disciplined every day and feel like ready for challenges.Lot of modern day technologies are used for day to day activity which makes you more skilled and technically ready.

Dislikes

Job safety is a major issue .You can't fail and have to perform every day.So just pray to GOD then you don't have bad Half year or Quarters.Team work is a major issue as every individual has different AOPs.
