In recent times, Concern have been raised regarding the company's handling of employee departure. Notably, there have been instance where standard reliving and service letter were marked with defamatory remark, potentially harming the career prospect of former employees. During notice period, employees may asked to leave immediatelywithout compensation for the remaining days and any early departure can result in recovery of salary. The company adherence to its code of ethics has been questioned, it is more a formality then a practice. High level of politics have been observed at CHRO and HOD level, with some employees reportedly Engauge in psychopathic behavior to secure their position, often at the expense of other's career. It is also surprising that younger leadership at promotor level has seemingly endorsed such practice, leading to loss of focus on culture. over the past year, more than 12 corporate HR professionals, including those in leadership role, have left the organization under the current CHRO leadership. Remaining team members appear to be engaging in similar behavior to protect their own position, anticipating opportunities elsewhere. HR as well as HR policies are not in sync with current industrial norms or people centric resulting in high attrition rate. Company issues blanket circular and increases the notice period irrespective of agreed notice period at the time of joining and deduct the notice pay for extended period also at the time of leaving the organization or make employee serve for complete term of 3 months even if they are ready to pay notice shortfall, which is in a bad taste and doesnt reflect well towards the organization image. There is no transparency with respect to rewards, recognitions, appraisals and promotions. It depends on relation with highly incompetent dept heads rather than on performance. Plus no chance of academic growth / skill enhancement.
