Convenient office timings.

Dislikes

The job is highly insecure and the employees literally have to beg for their own salaries. Frequent micro management and unethical malpractices made my job experience worst ever.

Work Details

On paper my work was of a Business Analyst yet there were lot of other unrelated tasks handed over. Later when the company had no clientele, they asked me contact n get new clients which is the work of BDE or sales.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
