Very few holiday. For Indian Employee Independence Day and Republic Day should be given as Mandatory public holiday Irrespective of any client .

Wish Khoj increases paid vacation days in a year as per industry norms. Good work should be appreciated in a better way. Festival Bonus/Incentives should be a more robust.
