About the University, the management is quite relaxed in taking major decisions. There is no enough activities is available to participate in learning and developing the career. Salary wise there is no regular salary also no other benifits.

You have the freedom to learn if you are willing to learn. You will be assigned tasks which you are not aware of in life. But that opportunity gives you the confidence to tackle any task in future.

Dislikes

Favorite tag for some people is always there. Real workers who have performed the task are not given due credit. If anything good happens I did it tag is always there. If anything wrong happens it's because of you all happened. You are waste and not fit in this organisation is labelled on your forehead forever.
