My experience with this company has left me deeply disappointed. They lays their employees off even without prior discussion, notice or any explanation-just a sudden cut-off to your access to files and exclusion of communication channels like WhatsApp groups. This abrupt approach was incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, unethical. They removed employees who had dedicatedly given 2-3 years to the company and were among the top performers. A company that values its employee should treat them with respect and transparency, especially during transitions.
