Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. The one thing I like the most about this company is the work they do I mean this monitering business is quite easy work.

Dislikes

There are so many dislike, First one management, Manager of this is not professional enough to deal with all the employees, I have never seen any Manager so biased. Second would be they don't have enough qualified employees like they can recruit anyone even if he works at a petrol pump and there so many things which I don't want mention over here.
