If the team performs really well they are rewarded both by the company and the clients which is a plus. Good Work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Location of the office is ideal. Very next to the metro station. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am associated with this organisation for past 3.5 years now and I am having a wonderful experience working here.The work environment is great. This company is bad for non- performers. Company is quite commanding with their policies and nobody can break it. The HR also keeps reminding about them too often so no one misses out on them. You get to start working on the project after a short duration of your joining if you are a well performer. The on job training and assignments are given to all the new joiners whether freshers or experienced to make them accustomed with the technology and the working style of the company. The superior and the team leaders are also good which brings satisfaction in working for longer duration in the company.
