1. Here there is no job security. 2. Very terrible environment for UI/UX Designers to work. 3. They treat their employees badly. 4. Everyday they make them work overtime and think there is no personal life of employees. 5. They don't provide any PC or any tools or softwares to work on for designers. They want the employees should take care of it which is unbelievable. 6. They monitor your PC as in what you are doing and each click on a "productive" app is categorised as productive. If you are searching for something related to work on Google it's unproductive for them and if your PC is idle for 15 seconds it is counted as unproductive. Moreover its them who decides what is productive and what is unproductive. 7. All the limitations and changes are made on your personal PC as company don't provide PC to their employees and also breaches your personal data via this. 8. I started my internship at Keyideas in the month of January. I recently had my GP project submission. The mentors and the faculty gave me positive feedback on my project submission. They said I am learning the best of skills. Thanks to Keyideas for giving me the platform to learn and use my ideas innovatively. Keyideas has given me the opportunity to work on live projects for US clients. The projects are large e-commerce websites that have a lot of detailing and features to be implemented. I have even got a pre-placement offer from Keyideas which I look forward to continuing. There are still a lot of things like social media accounts, and reels that I need to work on.
