It s been over two years now. I have found a stable company that is ready to pay if you work honestly. Before this, I changed almost 3 jobs in a span of 1 year because of covid, project issues, and company closure. But moving to Keyideas I can say I have learning and growing my skills. The appraisal, bonuses, and salaries are always on time.

It is over 2 years working from home so there is less interaction with team members.

1. Here there is no job security. 2. Very terrible environment for UI/UX Designers to work. 3. They treat their employees badly. 4. Everyday they make them work overtime and think there is no personal life of employees. 5. They don't provide any PC or any tools or softwares to work on for designers. They want the employees should take care of it which is unbelievable. 6. They monitor your PC as in what you are doing and each click on a "productive" app is categorised as productive. If you are searching for something related to work on Google it's unproductive for them and if your PC is idle for 15 seconds it is counted as unproductive. Moreover its them who decides what is productive and what is unproductive. 7. All the limitations and changes are made on your personal PC as company don't provide PC to their employees and also breaches your personal data via this. 8. People at Keyideas are smart and helpful. They know that every one is sailing in the same boat and are cordial. Culturally it is perfect to stay for long.

Dislikes

During work from home minimal interaction with your subordinates so sometimes it gets difficult to put everything by writing on the internal platform. I find one to one communication is better.
