1. They hold the passport of employee. 2. If you have to take leave you'll have to beg for someone in the company to he your guarantor or else you will not get clearance for leave 3. They're very clever to mention the basic salary as 1000 and rest all as benefits so you'll get peanuts in grat uity</mark> 4. You'll have to deal with Keralite and Mangalorean mafia in the organization. Old employees will not let new ones become successful 5. Office boys and drivers are spies of management 6.
