Job satisfaction with job security , if looking for a steady income and good life balance like 9am to 2pm job and rest for rest of the day . Trainings on clinical updates . Payed leaves .

Dislikes

Salaries should be hiked a little . After studying lots and clearing an exam with high competition . I feel that Doctors are underpaid . And promotional hikes are also not appreciated as per my opinion.
