Extremely strong teamwork,perfect training and retraining of staff in all fields of work.Job security depends on individual's discipline and carrier progression courses undertaken.The army employs its members from all corners of the country with divers cultural background and deploys the staff all over the world if need be,thus making its staff members compatible with any working situation,circumstances and location. Work-life balance is the daily challenge,family life is not a priority as the job demands 24/7 presence at work.Holidays and leave is a privilege but not a must.Life expectancy majorly depends on tasks at hand and area of deployment,which depends on threat levels mostly dynamic in all security fields.when call for duty arises,work pressure trickle down to all family members as well because they emotionally get affected by not being able to predict the outcome especially when dealing with Al shabaab and other terrorist threats....Read More
