Worst Management: Micro Management, No job security, Manager doesn't help with anything, Manager's incompetence is blamed upon employees, Favouritism, Rude upper management. You will find yourself helpless. The take projects just to make money

Likes

They have a good on-boarding process. The Management is quite supportive. The work culture is nice. Salary is given on time. Great Learning and growth.

Worst place, nothing good about the company. They can fire you at any time. Functional head of my team was a dumb man. He didn't listen anyone's suggestion and thinks that whatever he is doing is right. He don't have any strategy to run a team but he talks like a mad in strategic meetings. Don't know how the company trusted such an idiot. You have to work 7 days a week to complete the target.

Dislikes

You can't assume that you have a job as they can fire you at anytime. They can put you in PIP at any time and will say that this is a training program. VP of the team only thinks to save his job and will cry for some unrealistic target. Salary deduction is often and the finance department has no credibility.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
