You get to work on different type of projects from across domains.

Dislikes

The work culture is the worst. You are expected to work for 14-15 hours a day and also on weekends. Hustle culture is promoted. The deadlines are really tight.

Nothing. No work ethic, no job security, firing without any concrete reasons, will never ever give your bonus. The co founders are nice people who actually care about it but people just below them are absolute ghouls.

Dislikes

Company has no projects, they will make you do same projects for repeatedly for different countries. They will fire people without any reasoning. People who report to the co founders are the real culprits who are responsible for a very hostile work environment. Many good people leave the organization because of this. Promises won't be kept in terms of work and incentive, you will have to do everything. They have no access to databases, they use the account of freshly graduated MBA students to access certain databases Overall please avoid going there. Not a very good place to be at....Read More
