The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is high. The work pressure is ver high Some time I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in evening and some times late into night.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
