The management is very supportive of its employees. Salary is credited in time and I have faced no issues in the given time that I have spent over here. Rather leaves are granted in short notices too at the hour of need without any deductions. The staff is friendly and everyone is willing to help.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Got an opportunity to learn about the liquor industry directly from the owner of the company.

Dislikes

Transprancy was missing and the owner lacks commitment of time that he gives to the prospective customers , whether we talk about Indian or African investors.
