It's a start up , having good work culture, dynamic in approach towards all stake holders, well balanced company policies. Young team.

Due to start up , they should give proper office and warehouse space seperately.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
