HR policy towards compensation is good . Good Ethics Customer friendly Banking,helps beyond working hours Salary is very good

Dislikes

Promotion policy not satisfactory Transfer policy not good Not spending on advertisement as much ,so not much people know about bank , Representing Bank sometimes become very tough

Unlike other private sector banks , the job is more secured .HR policy is very good , less pressure as compared to other banks , open to adopt new technologies.

Work is not assigned according to qualifications of employee but according to the need of hour .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
