I worked there as a legal officer, I performed all type of legal works. It's not specific to anywork, hence able to get knowledge of every thing in short span of time.

Dislikes

Bad Management and not transparent HR policies. After 2018 they are not recruiting under IBA. CTC and IBA pay scale have huge monetory difference. CTC ppl do not have union. Quarterly self appraisal is of no good than a headache. No transparent for yearly increment policy, promotion policy etc. Further your promotion will be mostly based on your background than your work. It is mandatory to sit till 8-9 p.m in the office regardless of completion of your work....Read More
