It was good during my early stage of careers.
Dislikes
Over pressure. Less experience people from other banks are employed as your team leader. New management slowly banning bdo's from acquiring business from ETB customers. They slowly taking away system access to bdo's and stealing us to newly created department ( feet on street). To many feet on street employees are appointed even in small branches and less potential branches without giving zero training and there is not even new chairs are purchased for newly recruited FOS employees. They force us to use applications on our own mobile phones to avoid computer access, for which they don't even provide new sim or data charges. No petrol allowance for sales person. Newly joined management has no respect for senior and highly experienced kvb sales person. They asks us to be like other bank employee culture from which they came from. We got promoted from bda to BDO after working for the bank for 3 years , but when new management took power and instructed all bda's bdo's and newly recruited bde's and bdm's are same. Thus making our promotion a laughing stock....Read More
