I have 6 years of working experience in KVB, Opened over 4000+ Accounts, and have 20Cr+ FDs in my entire career in KVB. They had given a false commitment to career growth. They were simply using us. There is no career growth or work-life balance. Finally, I was relieved from KVB and joined another bank. Now, I am working in a Manager position with a 55% CTC hike compared to Kvb. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
