The management is terrible, no one knows what to do but they'll do whatever they think, no ethics, micro management (because there are too many people who are jobless sitting in VP, AVP and managers position and doing this non-sense). No proper focus, people will do work only when a client escalates. No career path, nomotivation, no WFH, basically this company offers nothing!!
