People are from great backgrounds and it's quite a network. They pay well, in my experience.

Dislikes

The culture can't be said to be either positive or negative. It just isn't there. People come to office, work, and go home. There is also very little interaction between different teams, so no team knows what's going on. The company has become top-heavy and has too many CXO, VP, Directors, GMs and almost the same amount of managers,which isn't ideal....Read More

Kuch b achha nai hai yaha, aap apna lifetime experience b laga do lekin product itne ghatiya hai k repeat orders aate hi nai. Ab usme koi kya kar skta hai

1. Senior Management has no empathy at all with senior level team also. The product itself is faulty, but they blame you for low business 2. They are fooling customers by heavy marketing push. Actual cost of product is not even 20% of MRP and sales team is asked for pushing for even 50 Paisa settlements from distributors 3. Even thenational sales was fired, no respect to 30 years of experience 4. This company is good only for 1 year Max, no job security 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
