Culture is horrible, flowing from the top. Rest of the reviews are pretty true. One of the founders doesn’t know much about running teams. People leave like anything. Very good industry talent left because of scenarios created internally. Workplace doesn’t seem to be a happy one at all.

1. One of the most callous, rude and inconsiderate people in top management 2. They actually got some of the reviews on a very popular review site taken down, just speak to few ex-employees before thinking of joining 3. Earlier there were good performers, mentors in form of VPs, all of them left because of just one person. If you are not a bootlicker, you can not survive here 4. Company growth is a façade, they fudge data to justify investments and internally, the top management's only work is to find someone to blame. Every two months people exit. 5. The only person who's the poster boy and of age-old group isn't around much and the other blabber-mouth just knows fancy words but has no idea on how to run a company 6. The best of the best people from Industry joined this firm and left within an year. Except for finance & CEO office, where the bootlickers are; one can even ask any current employee in any other function on how much of a lala-company this firm is 7. No work-life balance; mind you; even if you bring this topic up, you'll be laughed upon saying this is how it works in a startup. Absolutely incorrect, go to other startups from Fireside except this 8. No health insurance too, man how low can you go. 1. Senior Management has no empathy at all with senior level team also. The product itself is faulty, but they blame you for low business 2. They are fooling customers by heavy marketing push. Actual cost of product is not even 20% of MRP and sales team is asked for pushing for even 50 Paisa settlements from distributors 3.
