There is no upskilling.They are not recruiting any new employee.During the time of multiple deliverables there is breathtaking workload on an individual that the persona can collapse.Manager is very toxic and has no simple fellow feeling for his subordinates.Manager is least interested to take up any responsibility but assigns ample number of tasks to the people who uses to report to him.

There are different teams and you think one team is better than the other because few can hide their toxicity better than others, but eventually everything is just the same. what I like is that among so many sharks, if you are naïve and don't understand politics you will learn the tricks from the best.

If you don't know bengali Language, then please don't join. The teams talk is bengali all the time and at times it is very difficult to follow if you are the only non bengali person. They should rename themselves from Kantar Qual Bangalore to Kantar Qual Kolkata -2. The senior management is filled with lies and deceit. Associate 0%of worth to their words. Surprisingly they were happy because they got close to 20% non-bangali people and this is very alarming. Considering the overall population of bengalis is just 7% in India. Few problematic people thrive in the organization owing to the this culture. One has to be admitted in the hospital to get a sick leave, even then they praise how people were working from their hospital beds to meet the unrealistic deadlines set by incompetent managers. Everyone works out of ChatGPT to meet these deadlines and the Boomer management can't differentiate between good quality work and ChatGPT findings. The work culture is extremely toxic, and you are working under pressure all the time. Everyone has gone through mental and physical health issues within 2-3 months of working in the organization. Seniors will promote you only if you are good at chamchagiri, and not when you are a true professional and follow professional ethics. No work life balance, no good compensation. Everyone seems sad and depressed. The seniors are watching you at all times, they are constantly looking at you and watching your move. some seniors are waiting for you to make a mistake and making this a big issue to make you the escape goat for all of their faults and shortcomings.
