Decently Good projects is the only good thing but this company is on decline

It is taken for granted that you should work for 13-14 hours a day including weekends. Not a single penny is paid for the extra work you do. Laid back attitude of management and exploitative nature makes it difficult to survive. There is no HR in this company and they exploit each employee day in day out. Managers call you anytime and ask you to work. At the end of the year they won't give anyone decent rating so that hikes need not be given.
