Client make unreasonable demands and they give in to it. No work life balance , we start at 10:30 / 11am and end our work at 1 am or 2am.
Get ready to work 12 hours everyday, on weekends.
Culture involves bad mouthing, low benefits, no promotions.
The attrition rate is too high.

none, nothing to see here.
Dislikes
1. Workload and stress: Heave workloads, tights deadlines and high pressure situations and impossible deadlines leading to a lot of stress and job dissatisfaction.
2. Management and leadership: all the senior leadership is majorly focused around pumping money in their own pockets. for example for diwali we all are getting 1500 as a bonus, which apparently is a humongous amount as we all are financially independent for life.
3. Company culture & worklife balance: talk about toxicity, working from 9am to 9pm is a norm here, and no matter how much you work no one is going to appreciate and it will be considered as the bare minimum.
4. Compensation and benefits: there are no benefits and everyone is extremely undercompensated. we work on 4 or 5 projects simultaneously all the time and we are paid peanuts.
5. Career development: there are no programs within the organization for development. The company is all together not a employee centric company. Just focused towards generating money and pumping into senior management's pockets....Read More

At least in CoE (Centre of Excellence) which primarily caters to the international research have the added advantage working from home. Client exposure is good, with a bit of learning. Really good for those who have inclination towards marketing and market research

At times the work like balance can be daunting. So is the pay structure. It’s below par the standard industry rates.

You may get to work remotely if you are in the good books of your manager.

Long work hours and horrible culture. But most importantly- plain, outright fraud in the name of "data calibration." Very compromised ethics.

-Career growth Ladder is also fast compared to other Organisations, in similar lines
-The New Bengaluru office is a really positive physical space to work in
Dislikes
-Really high work pressure
-No work-life balance, endless hours of work
-Under-resourced: Few people doing a huge chunk of work just because no one else is there in your team to do that work
-Highly client-centric: Kantar is highly committed to doing anything that the client comes up with, even if it is 3 AM in the night, which is really stressful for their employees
-Very high attrition rate: Call it the changing industry the work pressure or not enough / late recognition, but the attrition rate is in the sky in this organization, when I was working I had to contribute to Farewell of leaving employees almost every fortnight...Read More
