Kanchanpushp as an organization is very sophisticated and very well developed. Though the pay structure and HR policies are a bit too stringent and old school , working there is somewhat a great experience. They focus on work and gain and the team is very specific according to the requirements of the organization. The owner is a good mentor to all his employees , but at times a bit hasty. Dislikes

There is some amount of politics on lower levels of work, the HR policies are all about the company with no/rare benefits to the employees. The pay scale is somewhat good but when collaborated with the HR Policy it seems a misfit.

Work Details

I take care of the daily schedules, deadlines , customer service and sales executives. My work also makes me responsible for the entire stock, advertising campaigns and various other important aspects of the company.
