There is so much scope to learn. I have joined after my graduation and worked with different clients and middle and top management positions. Management offers excellent incentives. Unlike other consultancies, KAMMS never accepts payments from job seekers which i most like. Management follows excellent business ethics. Timings reasonably good 10.00 am to 6.30 pm for a recruitment company we cant expect more than this. As a senior Recruiter I earn far better than any of my friends who are in to IT Industry. They provide the lunch also if you dont carry....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
