The best part about working at Kalinga TV is the surrounding and colleagues.

Dislikes

There is nothing different that one would dislike when working with a private company. The fairness doesn't overpower the politics here.

Work Details

The job is interesting because I am enjoying my work profile and the work I have been assigned to do.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
