Company Is Very Good in terms of Salary and wages

Working Culture: Every company is know with there working culture but Kaisha Lifesciences does not have working culture because there is unnecessary harassment Reporting : You have to report at 9:30am Daily whether your work is starting at 10.30 or 11.00 am there is no fixed time to leave field you leave field at 9:30pm whether your working is getting done at 6 or 7 pm Management: Sales management team do not think about the Companies invested Money because<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Managers are getting salary without any effort (because they don’t work in the field with their subordinates)or cost (they are getting free salary while sitting at home). </mark> Senior Managers are very well worse with what is happening in the field but they are 0% tension in the Dadachanji’s Invested money. Every time senior managers get strict with their TBM not with Mangers. Sometime they may ask for live location, sometime location with clinic and sometime they start criticise. About sales over phone. If they are really worried about Rishad Dadachanji’s invested money they should have come to filed everyday with their subordinates and generate some business for company Managers from all three region Central, South, western are Slacker. Company does not give Daily allowance as per industry norms and always ask to work for 12 Hours like security guards So I request if any body willing to work with Kaisha Lifesciences think twicely and because you have to work wisely....Read More

A lot of free time to think and "only think". But must say during COVID they did best arrangement to keep employees safe and was given salary during horrific times. But at times - smooth rapport is missing.

Over domination of superiors.
