Company Is Very Good in terms of Salary and wages

...: Sales management team do not think about the Companies invested Money because. Managers are getting salary without any effort (because they don’t work in the field with their subordinates)or cost (they are getting free salary while sitting at home). Senior Managers are very well worse with what is happening in the field but they are 0% tension in the Dadachanji’s Invested money. Every time senior managers get strict with their TBM not with Mangers. Sometime they may ask for live location, sometime location with clinic and sometime they start criticise. About sales over phone. If they are really worried about Rishad Dadachanji’s invested money they should have come to filed everyday with their subordinates and generate some business for company Managers from all three region Central, South, western are Slacker. Company does not give Daily allowance as per industry norms and always ask to work for 12 Hours like security guards So I request if any body willing to work with Kaisha Lifesciences think twicely and because you have to work wisely.

A lot of free time to think and "only think". But must say during COVID they did best arrangement to keep employees safe and was given salary during horrific times. But at times - smooth rapport is missing.

The whole management is pathetic and HR is a puppet of one person (Mr vinod redkar) I bet that one person will spoil many peoples carrier. If you are a jobless Maharashtrian ..then you will get the priority because of this foolish GM who wants to create a maharashtrian lobby... He is always thinking that he is a chanakya ....many times he took a decision like a foolish child .. He doesn't know how to make a team or even he doesn't know how to make a strategies to grow company and he is doing politics with their own people like divide and rule ... If you had nothing then go there and spoil your nothing also 😜😜😜😜

Workload is less as compared to other companies

Very bad behaviour of the higher management ..unnecessary harassment, just comparing everyone with other,never give the proper training, always engaged in unnecessary nonsense gossiping...nothing new to learn..hr worst and nonsense..
