work culture is very bad. Zonal heads dont have any knowledge, experience and not well educated also not supportive at all and always asking to do useless things and forcing to do wrong practices. Here they dont respect your knowledge as they are un educated. You cannot give any suggestions and you cant plan something for food changes, we just have to follow the wrong practices as ordered from zonal heads. All the employees knows that they are wasting compnies resources by working in wrong directions but still they have no choice. Also zero job security, any time zonals will ask you to resign and if you refused to resign then you will be targeted. Zonals are egoestic, just for normal talk, instead of doing a phone call, they will ask you to meet them by travelling to perticular branch by wasting 3 to 4 hours. Even if you received a good offer from K12 or recently joined, I suggested you to leave this company before you are getting insulted. There are some front desk exucutives who promoted as pan india head in few years who dont have any kind of knowledge, no specific degree and experiece, due to such kind of top managment compny will be in loss soon....Read More

The job, though having a common designation, has interesting tools being used. There was very basic training for new softwares that were to be used and I got the opportunity to learn various e-learning tools.

1. Colleagues are good. But everybody is saving themselves first. 2. Sometimes Travel and trainings were good. But not everytime. 3. Other office staffs are helpful. 4. They Assign you different roles and responsibilities where you can learn alot and explore yourself. But then they start abusing you mentally.

1. The company management is very poor. Not enough employees, no stability at all. Can fire you at any time without having proper reason or proof. Toxic culture is a plus. If not then they will make you one of them. 2. People who are in higher positions are not good leaders and have zero visions">. Outdated work culture</mark>. No appreciation no acknowledgment. Only focused on no. Of hours of work not quality. 3. People in higher positions are narrow-minded people and fixed perspectives which is very hard to deal with sometimes. 3. The managers handling the art department are not at all good leaders or a person, not supportive enough, and manipulative nature. Very diplomatic and cunning. Not able to take any kind of feedback or criticism. Authoritative and negative personality. 4. The VP behaves very restless and panic in every situation, especially in art, she is the one who can't understand art and still handling that department which is very questionable. The only good quality is a workaholic personality, a curious personality. Which sometimes irritates as well. Not at all dependable as a leader and unprofessional behaviour. 5. Upper management always takes non-qualified people in top positions like VP, Manager etc. 6. Travel department is poor. And HR who handles travel reimbursement sometimes behaves illogical. 7. Assign you the work that will be not mentioned in your job profile. 8. Work culture is stressful and quite depressing many times. Ask you to work overtime and not give the comp. offs. 9. Everything keeps changing every 3 months. People, management, projects, mode of work. They are the believer in promotion and marketing. But not quality work. 10. Sometimes they make do unnecessary training and traveling which seems illogical. Not fruitful in any sense. 11. Salary increment is very poor. Don't waste your year here at least. Good for beginners who can survive till the probation period. Otherwise people quit within a month. 12. They try to complex the simple things. Their curriculum implementation is poor. The company had not yet cleared the TA even after submitting the necessary documents at the right time. I wouldn't recommend any of my collogues or friends to work here.
