No clear vision from the management, employee force is tamed to be a yes man crowd, if not fired/resigned. Lacks empathy towards employees. The HR department does very little or nothing at all to support the employees.

I have really nice teammates and my ex manager was really good.. Also working hours are flexible.. You can login and logout early.

Dislikes

The company had potential but with ragid thinking they block their ways to reach a good height. They need to really work on employee satisfaction. Also give achievable targets to employees.

- No proper work culture. - No work life balance. - I was a lead in K12 for mobile team and had to work more than 13 hrs a day and 7 days a week for last 8 months. - No vision for the company. - You don't get to learn or implement new things as the company forces you to do non quality work as they expect a weeks work to be done in a day.

Lots of work pressure. No proper work timing. Need to work for 14 to 16hrs. Most of the time no holidays during sunday and saturdays. I am happy because，now i am not part of this company. Here manager“s do not know what has to be done, they only put pressure on the employees to do the work intime without knowing what has to be done... No proper planning is done to complete the work.
