1. Every year, in June-July, 80-90% of recruitment team will be fired. The rest 10-20% will be fired within the next 1 year one-by-one. And again in Sept-Oct, new recuiters are hired & fired again next year in Jun-July 2. No increments, no promotions for recruitment team (ofcourse you have to be in this company to be eligible for that bcoz you'll be fired anyway) 3. Constant shuffling of teams- A Sales Head leads the recruitment team (this is a joke) && you'll be hiring for one department for months, suddenly you will be shifted to other dept hiring for no reason 4. No process efficiency- Every process in recruitment gets more complicated & time-consuming than simplifying things 5. Less resources for hiring....if Naukri works, Indeed doesnt. If Indeed works, Naukri doesnt 6. If you are recruiting any new candidate-they can get only 10% ctc than their previous ctc (yes....more constraints if you are recruiter) 7. People who has experience within the same org, who knows the system & processes are sidelined. Their suggestions & opinions are not considered.....& all chaos, as everyone except these are new....& again the new ones are fired in June-July.....again chaos.....this happens every year . . Should you join or not ? - If you are unemployed/ fresher(who is not placed in college).....join and work here & start looking for jobs outside . - Working here is only for survival (so that you dont get fired). There is not even one person working here more than 5 years from top to bottom only 2 people are working from 6 years . Everything is to dislike, you have to do bucketing systems to Zonal head.1b, the problem is they don't have any solution or knowledge in their Head. Jai Decosta sir, we are sorry but you believe in unorganised and knowledge less people's. Women don't have security here. They run school but they also mol.$t women. Zonal Head wants tohere all the Gossip of the branch and Target the employees depends on the favour. Security team doesn't have knowledge of Safety, they show there personal problems. FM doesn't have knowledge of hospitality. HR doesn't have policies, they leave their life with Grievance. Poor Work culture. No Job Security No Value to old employees...Read More
