Nothing to like there, Management will keep on removing and joining new candidates, without the knowledge of present employee, and it's not possible If employees want to stay for longer period, and they remove the employees by saying cost reduction every time.

There the senior person in warehouse doesn't have the knowledge of warehouse at all but still bullying on others and makes irritated bycasking irrelevant question to irrelevant person and irrelevant tasks

Nothing to like here. . If you wanted to work here, think of it as an 2 or 3-month internship because either they will fire you in 2 or 3 months or you will leave yourself.

I am one of those people who read negative reviews about this company on the Internet & thought "Every company has people talking negative about it"...and I joined here. Oh boy !! How wrong I was !! . - There are no procedures or structures that are followed here. - The whole management are absolute clowns. They hire candidates and you will be put under probation for the first 6 months(only 3 leaves during probation). - And in 2 or 3 months, either they will fire you(after making you work worse than a donkey) or you will leave yourself(why you will leave yourself ? read below) - Every 1 month, they change their entire structure in the department. And then they will give you a different role/lesser role after 1 month - After that, they will fire you (OR) ask you to work in a different/lesser role but double the work load because you are paid more (OR) they will ask you to reduce your salary and work(demotion) - Have seen many times in many departments being called and fired on the spot....yes...the whole teams asked to leave that day itself. . Horrible management. They wont take the employee inputs into consideration in terms of work life at k12. I have written a mail to the higher authorities regarding the issues in the department but taken action only after leaving 14 employees from a single team. I have seen a few teams were layed out entirely with one day notice. Thats the case across all the departments. High job insecurity.
