A graphic designer, always requires time to work peacefully. The management of K12 techno services has always supported me and has helped me by giving my space to peacefully. I really liked working there!

Worst company ever Very toxic I worked for 1.5 years overachieved target every month still I was not considered for promotion on paper They promote you verbally and never give any hike on your salary But yes they always promote undeserving and chaatu employees on paper

Made friends and during the season, you could make incentives.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. There is no job security, even if you're the best performer. Over my span of 1 year, I had 6 different Reporting Managers. The company had not yet cleared the TA even after submitting the necessary documents at the right time. I wouldn't recommend any of my collogues or friends to work here. There is no scope for learning here and the working environment is really terrible. Most of the employees you interact are biased and are Islamophobic. (I am not a Muslim)....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
