Everything, worst work culture I have ever seen. They hire you for digital marketing and then make you work for sales! Yes, unbelievable there are sales driven target given to marketing professionals. Senior management is so rude that makes you feel that they come from some slum. No proper hierarchy anyone's work is given to anyone. Company's policy says alternate Saturdays and Sundays are off, but they expect you to work all 7 days 24 x 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Think 100 times before joining there is no growth here and most people come and leave here in 3 to 6 months because they are scammers</mark>. There is a lot of politics in the company, management doesn't address our issues. Their is nothing to learn. No growth. They can ask you to leave the company according to their mood.

Even if you are a top performer, you will be asked to leave based on Mr. Arvind's mood. His role is to visit branches and fire people. It doesn't matter if you are good in your work his main role is to cut people off

I like what I learnt there, the problems I faced in the company and the bad work culture made me more concious about how to sustain in this industry and what not to do.

Dislikes

The only reason for me staying the company was my passion for marketing, other than that I disliked everything about the company. The work culture is very bad, no assistance from seniors, no career growth, 0 compensation and benifits and so on.
