The old management was better

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Management doesn't know how to treat old employees, been associated with the organization since almost 3 years, but they laid off and kept people who were hardly 3 months old. General manager has no engagement with the employees (only engages once formally) hardly knows anyone's name apart from selected few. Department heads drive nepotism on account of religion.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
