Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Being a trainee I got a great exposure over there in jw marriott kolkata,work atmosphere is also very good and i believe it waw a great chance for me to start my career from such an esteemed & renowned organisation.

Dislikes

There is nothing negative in the organisation but the work pressure is really very high but at the end of the day we are hoteliers and we have to work hard .

I got trained in two departments f&bs & culinary department. In the begining it was quite tough for me but my senior helped me a lot to improve and enhance my skills and I got better as the day passed .ups & down are part of our life so overall it was g

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
