During field visits to customers, we often encountered their frustration, which sometimes escalated to verbal abuse or being asked to leave their premises. The company would automatically deduct payments through ECS, and despite customer requests, they failed to stop these deductions. In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Well, if you want to learn Politics before joining Politics , you are welcomed here, All Managers are Ladies am proud of them how effortlessly they support each other just to have talk behind their backs, and bring them down. and the work culture is horrible.

Dislike of nothing just, they will ask you to bring sales even they them self can't do it, your personal life would be f#ckd up, No phones allowed, they will take your phone and locked it in locker. they will make you seat in office if you don't bring sale, they will insult you. call you with names, They will just pressurize you to work non stop as if you are money printing machine.
