There is Nothing to like about Justdial very bad experience of it.

1. Team Leader torture you to complete your target, the team Leader scolding you if your target is not completed. 2. if your target is not completed or branch target not going to complete so Manager told you to come Sunday also. 3. Feels Negative Everytime 4. Company is only works for money not even think about employees. 5. Personally recommend "Don't work here "

Pathetic work culture. The managers don't have manners and discipline. The rudest behavior of TL's(manager).

Dislikes

The extension on working hours forcefully. Not even giving overtime and proper salary! Sundays have been the wrek off day. But managers forcefully make us to be there in office and do the work.
