Iam working from 1year in justdial and worked according to company rules and regulations with targets, due to this lockdown of covid-19 they didn't payout salary for few employees,who tried there best numbers of contracts even in this lockdown. the justdial branch of Bangalore, 1) it doesn't respect employee how older you are in organisation due to sales target. 2)No job security for he/she. 3)they doesn't value for employees logout time. 4)All employees worked hard for best sales during this lockdown of covid-19, but the organisation refused to payout salary for few employees cause of 3 to 4 days of leave. 5) organisation committed weakoff's twise a week for TME even it's fake commitments. 6) finally, in this lockdown of covid-19 the employee had worked hard for there Salary for complete 31days as work from home without a leave but company as refused to payout Salary in such a pathetic days of employee, then what you think it's good learning center, innovating new ideas,work life balance, 😅 I leave upto you to decide your career and Free minded work environment....Read More
