They have unique concept that ll be useful for all the small and medium retailers. The application is beautifully build and it will generate more leads and loyal customers

Dislikes

Company culture is too bad. They don't know how to treat an employee and how to retain the people. Support is also too bad for JDomni . The lead generation is bad.

It's a old-school tech company, partially open to new ideas. It's fun to work in a stressful environment but it's not good for working under pressure all time. I'd say they have a long way to go only if the company goes through a huge structural change right from the ground.

Dislikes

Hard selling works most of the time but not all the time. Well I don't like the traditional practices followed across all departments. Right from HR till support.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
