Good for 12th Pass and Undergraduate people. Job Security, Weekoff, Friendly Environment (As Maintained by Coworkers)

A Team Leader with the initials of "I & C" is egoistical and want so much work and performance done from its team that they even forgot humanity, when you perform good your performance is not appreciated by that TL and asks to give us more even the team is 1st in every ranking metric. When you ask "IC" the TL for Leave he always makes excuses about staff is less, and ask you to give performance to get leave as such that he is giving leaves from his pocket rather than company's. And when you tell him it's important to you to get leave he threatens you with all his weapons such as he'll complain about you to the manager about your "BEHAVIOUR" and what not. My overall experience with jd is fabulous, i eaenband learn so much from here, if I talk about salary then with this factor just dial is best... I am very happy to be the part of just dial.... Just dial also provides overtime, and slab of ot is very fabulous
