Totally disappointing, as I already exit from the organisation, I got to know that they are not paying salaries in this pandemic times and they are threatening about removing of job.

Dislikes

Very rude behaviour of team leaders and for inbound team they will not treat employees as human beings,they are only concern about sales and marketing team.

Everything is fine, only one thing which is not worked for me was about leaves absentism, those who were absent frequently will get leaves easily, those who plan leaves prior and will not be absent if leaves were not approved ,will not get leaves, just to maintain team performance, to stop team attrition % ,Management will approve leaves for them who are absent
